VK Type Watcher: Track Your VK Chats
VK Type Watcher is a Chrome extension developed by KOSOY Tech. It falls under the category of Browsers and is specifically classified as an Add-ons & Tools program.
This extension allows you to easily track your VKontakte (VK) chats. By default, VK displays a typing indicator when someone starts typing in a chat. VK Type Watcher takes this feature a step further by tracking and saving the names of your chat partners and the last time they started typing to you.
This can be helpful in situations where someone starts typing but doesn't send a message for some reason. With VK Type Watcher, you can easily keep track of these instances.
To start tracking your chats and recording the people who have started typing to you, you simply need to keep a VKontakte Messenger tab open in your browser. The tab doesn't need to be active, just open among your other tabs. To ensure the extension captures all your chats, even older ones, scroll down the chat list until all or the desired chats are loaded for the extension to detect.
You can view the list of people and the time they last started typing to you by clicking on the extension icon.
Please note that VK Type Watcher only tracks one-on-one chats and ignores group chats.
